A familiar routine
Will has been a proper coffee drinker for more than a decade. Coffee went with the years he played professional sport and is still part of early mornings and long shifts. At home, he uses a Breville Barista Touch. A large cappuccino or a long black, usually with honey.
It can mark the start of a working day or give him a moment to pause. The cup matters. So does the time around it.
No rush
Ask Will about a favourite coffee moment and he comes back to a slow Saturday or Sunday morning. The house is quiet. He and Pauline sit together and have a coffee.
