Subscriptions are not available yet. When they launch, these terms will apply in addition to our Terms of Service.
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged to your saved payment method at the frequency you choose, until you pause or cancel.
Pausing, skipping and cancelling
You can pause, skip or cancel before your next billing date. Changes made after an order has been charged or sent for roasting apply to the following order.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 14 days notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription, so you can cancel if you prefer.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
